Bought this because it is the cheapest auto-darkening helmet I could find. Overall, not bad for the price. I frequently work with High end Tig setups, and have the luxury of the company supplying me with more expensive helmets. I wanted a cheap helmet for stick welding around the house. For that, it suffices. First off, contrary to what is in the description, it does NOT have a sensitivity adjustment, just a shader. Even without that, it seemed to react quick enough, but sometimes seemed to stay dark to long for my likes, but thats probably me being picky. At a decent amperage Arc (stick) weld, I only had to have it about halfway dark for a comfortable view. The plastic is flimsy, I would be concerned if it took a decent fall from a table, let alone the what would happen to the lens. The lens does seem sturdy enough, though, doesnt seem to be loose or misfitted. The mask is also poorly shaped, allowing a significant amount of reflected light into the mask. I also seemed to have a scary amount of sparks fly up into the mask and out the top, which seems to be shaped the same as a giant Ice cream scoop, allowing a lot of light and debris in. The headband is surprisingly comfortable and secure. A slight twist to the screws, and I was walking around with the mask up and it wasnt sagging. I have a very large head, and it fit comfortably. The view is sufficiently wide, I had no problems seeing my work, or the world around me when the arc was off. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with this helmet. It doesn't have the features it was supposed to and the stickers are better suited on a kids BMX bike, but I am happy with it for the price.
